The smell that some complain about is just genuine leather. The patches are slightly different from the photo, as the seller warned in general information. I ordered from a warehouse in Moscow, so the opportunity to choose the color was not. For me it's not important. In the photo it seems a voluminous bag, but it is not. It is small: 30*28 cm. Fabric belt, it upset. Replaced with a similar bag. Handmade, neat. I'm very happy!

Didn't come with any filling inside, but since it's leather I'm sure it will go normal. Has a small outer bag and a plastic for shipping. Seller responds very fast, super helpful and really accommodating! Came tracked the whole way and was fast to ship out and arrive. Will buy here again!
